    Unable to play and now locked out

    I was excited to see that there was a free play option for ff14 since i was waiting for one to check out how the games progressed... and possibly re subscribe. So i opened it on my ps4 and it spent a while downloading updates (expexted.) When i finally was able to logon, it would maybe login to character select and instantly disconnect. It is; ed up my free trial without me even getting to play...rhis is so unfair! Is there a way to rectify this?
