Basically, any NIN weapon glamour options that don't clip into the pants. My character is a female Xaela Au Ra.

Depends a lot on the pants you're wearing to be honest...
But in general I find that smaller knives have fewer opportunities to clip.
My current clothing is Scion Adventuer's Jacket, Claws Of The Beast, Calfskin Bottoms, and Scion Adventuerer's Boots. All else are Emperor's New.
Along similar lines: let us glam wielding one dagger in 6.0!
(I know that that would require a non-trivial amount of animation work, but let me dream! I'd also point out that the iconic ninja portrait only has one...)
I still can, as GLA/PLD (daggers/knives were originally 'Gladiator's Arms' before ROG/NIN was added, and a few old dated knives/daggers from 1.0 remained as GLA/PLD weapons when knives were generally stripped from GLA/PLD and given to ROG/NIN - I still have one such GLA/PLD knife (a Dated Brass Dagger). These are completely unattainable though now so only 1.0 players would have them.
Not surprisingly I occassionally glam it to my PLD weapon for lulz hehe.![]()

That's sick~
Which old daggers can PLDs use?
This thread reminds me that I still don't like most hair styles in the game because they clip through a lot of interesting armor designs.
I know this isn't necessarily a helpful answer... but some races / builds have that problem more than others.
As a Lala I often don't see clipping on my knives.
There might only be so much you can do : (
That sounds likely to be at least part of the problem. I don't have a female Au Ra but I know their default stance isn't standing straight so that might tend to twist the daggers into an unusual position.
I've noticed similar things before on other character types, like skirts always sit oddly on female Roegadyn because of the shape of their hips, or again with NIN daggers, since they're supposed to sit symmetrically it shows up how lopsided male Miqo'te stance is.
They really should give us an option to adjust the posture of our character when standing. Not only for clipping but for how we want to present our character. Sorry if I am not making senseThat sounds likely to be at least part of the problem.
