Relatively large concern about new Healer: Sage

Per Yoshi-P:

The new healer Sage will start at level 70 and only require one other job at level 70.

Why is this a concern?

That means someone who has never played a healer at all could be thrown in late level content with next to no experience in the role. Imagine being put into a group with said healer. How do you think that is going to go?

Healer is a role that requires you to at least have some idea on what to do or the party will fail.

Nothing new about that. Lots of people level up their second (or third etc.) class/job using nothing but solo quests/duties and then their first experience with playing the job in a group context will be at high level.
