Trains could still be viable content depending on how long it takes for players to log out, wait for their data to transfer to the other data center and log in. Someone might miss the first one or two marks but make it for the rest (assuming the instance for the train isn't already at capacity).

S ranks won't be. A lot of players already to struggle to make it in time. Even an extra minute needed for data center visit would see the mark dead before they arrive.

I know some players hate what world visit has done to the world hunt communities but it has been a benefit to most players outside peak traffic hours. Someone who can't be online for their world's train can make it to another world's train.

What has caused the problem is a lack of cap on hunt rewards (other than the normal top tier tomestone cap) and the achievements for the new mount. Players are now able to get 6-11 times the daily rewards and credit they were getting prior to world visit, making hunts ridiculously lucrative for the time spent compared to other content. Even players that don't especially care for the hunt as content chain spam trains because the rewards are too good to pass up.

I wouldn't favor restricting hunts to same world only. The flexibility of being able to go to another world's train that coincides with when the player is online benefits the community too much.

I would favor putting caps on the daily and/or weekly rewards a player can get for doing hunts, including achievement credit. It might be time for SE to add daily bills for Rank As and weekly bills for S ranks just as we have them for the non-elite and Rank B marks. No bill in your inventory? No reward. Already killed it for the day or week? No reward.
