I don't think starting them earlier would resolve the glamour issue, honestly. After all, GNB and DNC starting at 60 didn't mean they got the level 60 Heavensward relics, the level 70 Eureka relics, or the level 70 crafted glowy weapons; if they had started them at 50, I don't think they'd necessarily add the Heavensward relics or crafted glowy relics, or any of the level 50 relic stuff. I don't necessarily think SAG and whatever the other is (Assassin?) starting at 60 or 50 would mean they'd be any more likely to add glamour items than they were for DNC or GNB. It would likely just give people that many more levels to grind the job through to get it to the current expansion's content.
