This has become quite the problem on my home server Aegis lately. Im just curious if its been this way on other worlds as well. All day durring NA playing time there is hardly ever anyone shouting or looking for players to exp grind. If you go do some leves you will notice there are quite a few people doing them but never want to join any parties. Then if you log on durring JP playing times its impossible not to find an exp party.

For example, this last week i decided i wanted to try and grind out my arc. I play in the average NA times of 4pm-11pm and if im lucky I might be able to form one PT myself (because waiting for one just doesnt work lately). Then yesterday I had the day off from work and I woke up extra early to try and catch the JP players still on. And sure enough, within 5 minutes of logging on there was shouts for all different level ranges.

This may seem like a QQ, which honestly it is lol. I'm just curious as to why NA players dont like PT grinding. The exp is better then leves, its more involved, and you can be social. I understand that many people already have all their jobs to 50, but there is also a flood of new players lately. It baffles me that people dont take advantage of this system. Instead NA players would rather repeat the same 4 leve quests over and over and over again for 10 levels before you can move to the next zone and repeat.

TL;DR I wish I could play during JP peak times and still make it to work in the morning.
