[Suggestion] Sticking current dev tags.

The changes at forum made it much more intuitive. But now another problem...the dev tags.

You guys should add a sticky post (like these announcements, that appears in every forum) with a list of all current dev tags and the description so we don't have to go search the correct tags elsewhere (right now the list is somewhere in the "don't forget to use tags" sticky at general discussion forum...but was posted by a member so its in the middle os posts) before you can post it correctly.

Or you guys can add an auto-completing list at tags list, just like the current one, but that triggers not at full word but only at "dev". Also, having the description fown there (the tag listed would be the dev#### but, at auto-completing, it would show like "dev#### - Explanation") so we can just check the correct tag on the fly by typing dev.

Currently, from here:
Click 'English Forums' then click 'In Development'.

With your suggestion it would be:
Click 'Feedback & Suggestions' then click the sticky thread.

It's 2 clicks both ways, so the suggestion isn't really an improvement. I'm guessing it's just because you didn't see the 'In Development' forum section. No harm, no foul.

Nosir, none of the stickies there have the list. And that's exactly what i'm talking about...assuming i don't know that the dev thread sticky at general discussion do has the list of all dev tags, i'd need to go to in development forum and check one by one of the threads' names to find all dev tags i need.

And i do think its a waste of time having to run to, sometimes, other forum, just to write down dev tags that are supposed to have major importance for this forum role. This is the kind of thing that should stay right by us for when we need them.

The whole 'In Development' section IS the list of dev tags. Just need to look at the thread titles in that section. The list is just a list of what you can see in that forum section at a glance.

Here's how the list in the sticky thread looks:

[dev1034] Introduction of public companies
[dev1033] Changes to class names
[dev1032] Changes to actions for Disciplines of War & Magic classes
[dev... etc

And here's how the In Development forum looks:

[dev1034] Introduction of public companies
Replies: 0
Views: 4,019
[dev1033] Changes to class names

Same information, same order. Difference is that the In Development forum will be updated with other dev tags and important information on each topic.

Whether it's a sticky or looking at the In Dev forum, it's all just a matter of knowing how to use the forums and where to find the information you're looking for. From the subject of your thread I can see you're having trouble finding the list of dev tags when you need them, so I'm trying to help you by telling where you can find them.
