    Missing "A Sign of What's to Come" Quest

    So upon logging into the game after the most recent 5.45 patch I went to Gangos to pick up the new quest to upgrade the resistance weapon only to find...nothing. So I've completed the Will to Resist quest and upgraded my weapon and now I'm wondering what the hell do I need to do to get this quest to appear, anyone know?

    If you haven't done the Bozjan Southern Front The Lady of Blades quest then u cant unlock A Sign of What's to Come.. the quest name In the Queen's Image is for the resistance Weapons
