    HIRE A PVP DIRECTOR

    Clear as day that the game doesn't have any resource on PvP. Hire someone dedicated on the pvp side of things, the mode is just stagnant for few patches and will only ever change significantly during new expansions. There's a good reason why the community's consensus on FF14 pvp as boring, worthless, and dead. If you don't want to work on it because you have your hands full on pve then hire someone.
