Expertly crafted iLvl 515 and 525 sets.

Suggestion:

Add (do not change) a gear set in line with the extreme trial tier of equipment. This set would be created solely by expert crafting (or a harder revised version of it) and could be overmelded. As example for this season it would be iLvl 515 and 525 and when overmelded fall just short of Tombstone and Augmented Tombstone gear and be available either at or shortly after extreme trials are out (goal would not be to obsolete the trial weapon).

Alternatively - could utilize expert crafting to create "ornate" versions of current high end crafting gear; however, i think the new sets would better.

The crafts would be very difficult. Macros would be ineffective (except short strings). Would provide another level of resource demands and a more attractive level to high end crafting above and beyond weather vanes...

The EX trial is released at the same time as the current savage though (with the exception of expac launch). Releasing a gear set of i525 almost immediately (even if it was behind an expert crafting type process) would be way too overpowered.

Well it would be available only after each extreme trial would be released.

As example - Emerald weapon (ilvl 515) then the ilvl 515 set becomes available. The 520 tombstone gear would still be superior.

Presumably - Diamond weapon (ilvl 525) then the ilvl 525 set becomes available. The 530 augmented tombstone gear would still be superior.

They could do with creating more sets, but more sets = more resources spent on designing said sets. There's probably a limit on how many sets they're willing to create.
