Road to 70 Buff Disappeared?

After a short two day hiatus from the game I came back to see that my Road to 70 buff had disappeared. From what I know this buff is supposed to be present for either 90 days after a character is created or until the character's home world loses its preferred status, whichever is longer. And although my home world (Atomos) lost its preferred status a while ago, my buff remained. I'm fairly certain this is because my character hadn't existed for more than 90 days yet. However, recently my character lost their road to 70 buff despite the fact that less than 90 days have passed since their creation. My account itself hasn't even been active for 90 days either. I'm wondering if this is a bug or if there is some hidden quota I fulfilled which ended up losing me the buff. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Nothing im aware of. There is one thing you can check/confirm though. Your profile lists your class as 80 FSH, so obviously you have at least one class over 70(i know i could confirm this with a character search, but right this minute that isnt an option for me to easily do). When checking for the Road to 70 buff, are you looking on a class that is below level 70? Once you pass 70(on any class) the buff should disappear from your window, but it should be back when you switch to a class that can still benefit from it.

Unfortunately not... I have a lvl 52 PLD and even when I'm set to that class the buff icon isn't there. I can also tell that the buff isn't there at all since quests no longer give me double exp.

(Although in the end I suppose this doesn't matter since now I'll know how most players feel when levelling their jobs. Thanks for the help though )

I've been looking into this after our FC had a conversation this morning.
I created my char on 12/24/20 on Midgardsormr. 90 days from that would be 3/24/21. Midgardsormr is still listed on Lodestone as a preferred server.

And yet, my lvl 12 conjurer does not have the Road to 70 buff. I can't find very much information on this that comes from verified sources. Most of it is reddit or forum threads.

So by every measure (world still preferred, still within 90 days) I should still have this buff on my <70 classes, but I don't. Maybe it has to do with having multiple classes to 80 already? It would be nice if SE would give us some actual documentation on how this buff works.

Which appears to be the only official documentation on the buff, but still doesn't explain why I lost it before 90 days.

It does however specify that you're not supposed to lose it.

"These incentives will remain in place until the active player populations of the Worlds in question have grown to a specified number. Please note that once a World has been removed from the "Preferred World" category, the various bonuses will no longer be applied. In the case of newly created characters, these bonuses will continue for 90 days (including the day of creation) regardless of any change in World status."
