just 1 comment from me, regarding remove 'vote kick' because self-moderation is not working

even if auto kick will happened, you need to know that by removing vote kick we can not kick afk, since they will teleport and be in boss area, which means system will not count them as AFK,
also when you pick item and the count start you cant vote
also when you start a battle you cant vote,

so i think they should allow voting all the time, and not bound to be out of battle or no items to roll on,
