Remove Gender-Lock From Gear / Glamour Please

(Though it gives me great sadness that the Edenmorn healing chestpiece randomly loses its sleeves on women.)

It does make sense since it's based on Gaia's dress in the first place, but it does funny things to the colour balance of the healer version since it permanently has the white triangle of the shirt-front but no sleeves to go with it.

I was more sad about the WHM relic sleeves inexplicably turning three-quarter length and looking awful. I was so excited for detached flared sleeves after seeing the male version previewed. We've got the Eden ones now but they're not the same style.

Yeah; if it didn't have that white triangle bit on the front, the lack of sleeves would annoy me less on the ladies' version. It just makes it look unbalanced, and it gets worse if you try to dye it. But as it stands, I'd prefer the men's version.
