This is a stick up, hand over your maid outfits.
Still waiting on maid outfits for males. My lalafell trap FC needs more outfits for our events.

Because making minor adjustments to an already made outfit takes a lot more time than to design two completely different outfits for both genders...Just to add onto this. Taking time to remove gender lock on gear pieces would take time away from us potentially getting other new glams as well. Something similar to the situation with this expansion where they’ve been wasting resources on older glams and removing the gender lock on them, costing us new glams like the second pvp set we’re missing out on, end of expansion glamour set we always get, or a male equivalent to the 2b coffee we got with nier. I’d rather they not waste those resources on things such a small amount of the playerbase would use and instead put them towards better things.
ya please remove it sucks!!!

I agree wholeheartedly. I wish they'd do away with them entirely. If they're going to insist on designing two different outfits, at least make it equippable by both genders and let the players choose which ones they want. Be this for mog station items or regular ol' items in game. The way they went for the Collegiate Attire is absolutely the way they should go in the future.
*stares angrily at the NieR raid gear and all the ugly ass shit dudes got compared to the nice looking gear the girls got*
Seriously, though. Can we please do this? FF XIV is already a weird, anachronistic world. What's the big deal if some of us want to dress in women's clothing?

They could at least have given the boys a coffer of 9s gear.I agree wholeheartedly. I wish they'd do away with them entirely.
