are you asking for this? cause we have it. Under Action and Traits, General, there are the roulette icons. You assign favorite in Mount and Minion Guide

Yes, we can currently assign a favorite. What I'd like to see implemented is a button that will summon a random "Favorite" much like the Mount Roulette and Minion Roulette we currently have. Instead of randomly summoning a minion from your entire collection, the Summon Favorite would summon a random mount or minion only from those which have been assigned a Favorite.

Yes, you can do this. Go to your Minion Guide, at the very button there's a checkbox that will make the roulette only summon from your favorites. Same goes for Mounts

i believe if you have an alt that's the second or more character in a single server (on entry) you can't interact with them at all, including deleting. you can delete it if its the only character on the server though

This is already a thing for most stackable items in the game now, where their stack limit is 999. Only a few items retain the 99 stack limit, like those allagan gil pieces.... and and I don't reallly know what else.
