It is a bit annoying that it is all the way in its own section. I think it should be grouped in the C/AS/D section, with Mor Dhona being between C and AS.

it's not in it's own section, its in the Mor Dhona plus residences section. Where residences include apartments and personal/FC housing.
Mor Dhona borders with Coerthas. And the annoying part is having to always go all the way to it's own section.
A section for only up to 4 locations (Mor Dhona, Apartment Room, Personal House, FC House/ Room) doesn't make much sense. Also, Mor Dhona is way at the bottom in the main teleport list.

Mor Dhona is an entirelly seperate region, hence Revenant's Toll's aetheryte is listed in it's own section. It's on the very bottom though because it's an 'independent' aetheryte not claimed or controlled by any of the citystates as the region is not part of any city (even Ishgard makes no claim on it), so it wasn't grouped with them. It's not part of Coerthas politically or geographically.
Originally it was the only independent aetheryte in the game, but now we have a lot more independent aetherytes which have all been added to that 'others' list with successive expansions, thus forcing Mor Dhona to the very bottom as new citystates with their own region groupings were added like Ala Mhigo/Gyr Abania or Othard/The Far East). It's just pragmatism.
IDK man, if they just added another crystal to the central highlands and called it a day I'd be happy lol.
I wouldn't call the newly added aetherytes "independent" - they're just belonging to new regions and countries we hadn't previously encountered. Mor Dhona keeps getting pushed to the bottom as the odd one out, or possibly simply to maintain that consistency of accessing it by going to the "all teleports" list and moving up to jump to the bottom of the list.Mor Dhona is an entirelly seperate region, hence Revenant's Toll's aetheryte is listed in it's own section. I would also debate your statement that Mor Dhona can't be geographically grouped with Coerthas even if it isn't politically part of it - they're certainly close to each other and Revenant's Toll uses Coerthan-style architecture.
I think it's easier to access Mor Dhona as it is currently listed in the teleport menu than it would be if it was moved to somewhere in the centre of the Coerthas/Dravania page.
I also think it's time that we got a "favourite teleports" shortlist and possibly an extra half-price location, but that's another question altogether.

Dravania is not part of Ishgard politically or geograpically and yet it is a part of the "Ishgard" section along with Coerthas itself and Abalathia's Spine.Mor Dhona is an entirelly seperate region, hence Revenant's Toll's aetheryte is listed in it's own section. Maybe, but why?
