unable to download patch files [30413][25008][20495][20495]

i just upgraded my pc with a new motherboard and i've had nothing but issues ever since, but my MAJOR problem is that i literally cannot get ffxiv to install. the download fails whenever i hit 1% of the download, and then gives me this error:



i tried EVERYTHING google suggested and even followed the suggestions of other threads that had this exact problem-- disabling my firewall completely, changing my DNS settings-- but nothing works. what do i do? i'm kinda freaking out lol

Are you connected directly to the router when the error occurs? Additionally is the game allowed through the fire wall?

Use a VPN and change your location to Paris or Moscow - usually works.
