Emerald Weapon mount not dropping

I am wondering if there might be a bug that the mount from Emerald Weapon Extreme is not dropping? I know there was a similar bug where the card from Eden's Promise was not dropping and that had to be hotfixed so I thought there might be a similar issue with the Emerald Weapon mount since I have not seen it drop since before the last patch and I have cleared 106 times.

I've seen people riding it around, you've probably just been extremely unlucky. There will be the option to buy it for 99 totems in a future patch so if you haven't spent them yet you could get it that way. It's there as a backup for people who get very unlucky as you have.

People riding it around actually has nothing to do with what I suggested. They could have gotten it before the last hotfix--I've seen it drop before the last hotfix.
