Why doesn't pve have pvp combo structure?

I've had to break my combo early in TEA so I could use Goring Blade on Brute Justice as soon as he spawned, saving me 2 GCDs and allowing me to go immediately into my spell rotation to hit BJ and CC then reapply Goring Blade before using Passage of Arms on the 9th-12th J Waves.

this is the best answer honestly why it doesn't work in PvE. Better than the ones sayings its lazy in other threads when someone asked why or suggested.

but honestly you want one button combos you can setup a macro in the game. in facto you can almost do a complete rotation with the macro system on certain jobs.
