Why doesn't pve have pvp combo structure?

Having a 3 button combo in 1 button is far superior than the pointless bloat we have in pve it's night and day difference.

I have no issues on kb or controller but it's just common sense that its far superior design when you're never gonna break combo anyway

I've had to break my combo early in TEA so I could use Goring Blade on Brute Justice as soon as he spawned, saving me 2 GCDs and allowing me to go immediately into my spell rotation to hit BJ and CC then reapply Goring Blade before using Passage of Arms on the 9th-12th J Waves.

No thanks, I'd likely stop doing anything beyond the most casual of PVE content if they reduced PVE to the mindless hell they're reduced PVP into.

You are about the 1000th person to ask this. And every time it gets answered with the same thing.... STOP TRYING TO MAKE FFXIV SO DUMBED DOWN ITS A ONE BUTTON GAME! It’s bad enough SE guts jobs every expansion, it’s bad enough jobs like mch which was once the most complex and a lot of fun Is now considered the easiest. It’s time to make the game a bit more complex not less.

Ironically, there are mods that do this. But - as you're probably aware - unfortunately, mods aren't permitted, so it's out of reach to much of the playerbase. It would be nice if SE took the hint and made this feature available officially.

The hardest part of PvP, at least in my experience, has always been getting a team/alliance that actually works together instead of zerging straight into a meat grinder for 20 minutes straight, not people doing their rotations.

I wouldn’t say this is a really bad idea but I do think it should be a choice and if some decide to use it then why not let them? Just don’t force it on the entire community.

Honestly they should fix this. Remove the one button combo for PVP

You misspelled inferior.

At high levels few jobs if any have a constant 3 button combo. There are branches and situational changes.
