Plots everywhere demolished and open!

A big advantage of relocating is you get to do so at a discount. And another is that you can bypass the timer entirely. So yes, they get an advantage on any plots recently demolished as well as newly added ones since they can pick and choose at a discount and without limits.

I agree with all of that (didn’t know about the discount, that’s big) but I think that the rules on brand new plots have changed - ie it used to be in their favour to relocate but in the last ones it was a free for all. Either way there doesn’t seem to be any disadvantage besides having to spend more Gil.
