honestly they didn't even change the goblet all that much aside from making the baths in the middle swimmable and changing that weird gazebo island into a swim-up bar

mist and lavender beds was pretty much just making the water features swimmable

Other than that they just added some npc's to liven them up a bit.
Kugane was after the swimming update so it didn't need changes

Definitely wouldn't get my hopes up about boulder removal though. I would imagine a lot of people in that plot see it as a feature rather than a bug
