Name change / item delivery issues

Hello,

I ordered a fantasia for a character, then changed their name after the item was on its way for delivery. With the changed name, is the item not going to get delivered now?

Pls help, I don't know what to do I've been waiting for over an hour lol

At the top right of the mog mail interface, below the close button, there is a little icon that when clicked will force the game to check to see if you have any incoming deliveries from SE. Also deliveries have in the past taken a little while to arrive (a few hours), so you're not outside of a super abnormal window. That said I think when I got a bike as a gift the bike came to me in like 5 minutes after putting the code in AND requesting SE to check delivery (via the icon I told you about).

Doing that might help, the item should still deliver to you- it would be funny if SE cared what the character's names are since they've got your player ID instead which wont change because your name changes (strongly doubt mail from SE cares what your character name is when sending it's stuff).

Also make sure your mail box isn't full. There is actually a max amount of letters that can show up (different maximum based on type, SE or players), if you hit the max SE deliver-able mail you can simply delete old letters and then force SE to recheck the mail (poor moogles panically checking that mail at mognet ).
