Mogstation / Name Change Question

Good afternoon/evening,

I purchased a name change for a character, and then sent a fantasia to that character as well. In order to log in, I had to complete the name change. Now I don't seem to be receiving the fantasia - will I still receive it on the character, despite the name change?

edit: I have no idea if this is the appropriate place to post this, so if it needs to be moved, do let me know please.
