New hrothgar NPC with a new hairstyle

Isn't this the longer hairstyle for that specific face? It doesn't look new to me, people just don't seem to use the longer hair version of it, they go for mohawk with that face.

NPCs aren't a guarantee of player accessibility, either. There are at least two Elezen NPCs with an inaccessible hairstyle that for players is Auri-specific. (Father Saturnois from the Scholasticate quests and a guy up on the telescope tower at Ostall.)

Adding to this btw, he's not new. If you did you GNB quests - you know him, and he will recognize you as well (at least he did recognize me when I was in duty as GNB).

You won't get the hairstyle because people have been asking for npc hairstyles & have been casually ignored- they just keep giving us the terrible contest hair which all look the same that hrothgar & viera can't even use lol

There are plenty of NPCs with unique hairstyles that we don't have, and we still don't have access those hairstyles. If there is anything so far on the backburner for Devs that it's now molding; it's new hairstyle requests.

Yeah, he's not really new if you did the GNB quests.
