Character I deleted still showing up on server transfer.

Not sure what's going on. I had two characters with the same names, but on different servers. I deleted the first one. So I should be able to transfer the second one over to the first one's server. But it still wants me to change the name. Even though I already deleted the character with the same name. For example, if I test it out on another server, it won't ask me to change the name. But on that server where I previously had the character with the same name, it still gives me the warning that I need to change my name.

Thanks! I really need help asap because I'm trying to catch this window to transfer.

That character should not even be there. He should be completely gone.
