    Good afternoon and thank you for the reply.

    Could you try doing a cleanboot? Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC

    With the CleanBoot, am I wanting to boot the game up in that state? Or re-install the game while it's in cleanboot mode?
