Crash when try enter Motoya's relic

Same situation like many other, but game always (100% chance) crush in only one situation -entering Matoya's Relic dungeon.
if ignore this duty u can play all day and all be ok.
This situation begin right after last patch and continue after today "hotfix".

Are you able to provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

Ama solove this situation by delete ff14 from my computer and install again.
Simple uninstall and install was not enought and crash still happens. But total remove game from steam ,documents and regedit and new clean install solve my problem.
