Game crashes on login only when logging with my main character

Could you try the following:

-Disable any overlays such as Discord if they are being used.

- Try lowering the resolution

- Run the game in borderless full screen or windowed mode

I tried that, didn't work. My characters seem to crash when I first go to The Ruby Sea, after which they always crash at login. I've lost my old characters and also 3 new ones. One of those characters I was playing on my laptop, and it just crashed all the same. This really looks like it's something on your side. Is there nothing you can do? I've already tried pretty much every conceivable potential solution, including the dozen ones suggest by FFXIV support, nothing does it. Can you now please investigate your side? This really looks like it's a server issue...
