Multiple crashes after log in

It doesn't do it constantly, though when it does it tends to do so often. Only programs I tend to have running are Chrome and Discord and those normally do not pose a problem during normal operation.
Will get a system report as soon as I am able.

Last night just as i finished a teleport, my game crashed popping up the same message as Lennya.

Since then i can launch initial screen, then go through the next screen where i enter my user name and password.

The final screen showing the delivery moogle that says now loading gets to the point where i am about to log in and then i get the same message as Lennya

I have since found that one other character on a different world logs in fine but all other characters on any other world produces the same error

I should also mention that although i get the msgbox stating the errors, if i leave the log in process long enough my character logs in but i am in first person view looking downward at the path at the limsa eatherite but cannot move my character
