    Cannot Log Into Main Character - HELP

    While I was in the “Labyrinth of the Ancients” I randomly got disconnected. When I try logging back onto my main I’m immediately disconnected and given the error code “90002.” It’s been well over an hour and I’m assuming my characters data is locked to a dead instance at this point... which is incredibly infuriating.

    At this point what can I do to fix this issue? I haven’t experienced a “90002” error in well over a year so this isn’t a common occurrence... but I’ve heard when this does happen... and your character is tied to an instance it can take DAYS... which is not acceptable.

    Someone please advice me on how I can resolve this ASAP!

    Are you able to delete the locally saved content (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy)? Additionally, what have you tried to alleviate the issue?
