    Why can't I blacklist someone while in Diadem?

    I like having /shout showing because there is some fun or helpful chat however right now there is 1 person just spewing nonsense non-stop.

    Example of something they say

    Yet to pave de way fow de mastew's wetuwn, a chaotic confwuence of untowd pwopowtions must needs be bwought about. And dat wiff necessitate de pwesence of de pwimaws.
    It's just crap like that every 3 seconds.

    Edit: They now changed to another character but from the same server doing the same thing.
