    On the Shoulders of Giants not appearing

    I recently did Heaven on High with a full group of friends who wanted to help me unlock it for leveling through it. We made it through floor 30 and the quest On the Shoulders of Giants didn't appear. I still have the save data and I just don't know what I need to do to get the quest to appear.
