Hello,
I am looking to hop servers and was wounding if I can keep event housing items, that have been placed inside the house all ready or will I lose them? If I lose them can I get them from the savage NPC?

Anything that cannot be taken out of the house and placed into your inventory will be lost (some caveats to read below from their official guide), you may be compensated for that loss depending on which server you're transferring to/from. A number of the items I feel you're thinking about should be able to be taken back into your inventory, which means if you want to keep it then you should do that (take it back, into your or retainer's inventory), but some might not - those that cannot be picked back up once placed are lost.

https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...ion_balancing/Your character must not own any land, estate, or apartment housing.
* Ownership must be relinquished before a Home World Transfer will be possible.
* It is normally ONLY possible to perform a Home World Transfer without relinquishing ownership IF your character is transferring to a New World, or transferring from a Congested World to a Preferred World.
* Please note, some campaigns have specific requirements that override these general rules.
In these cases, the land or apartment will be automatically relinquished and a designated amount of gil reimbursed. The maximum amount that can be returned is 999,999,999 gil, and any gil exceeding this limit will be lost. Any existing estate on the land will be demolished.
In the event that your estate has been automatically relinquished, your character cannot have housing items in the care of the Resident Caretaker NPC.
In the event that your estate has been automatically relinquished, your character cannot have a chocobo in the care of the Housing Enthusiast NPC.
Bonuses for owners of personal housing/apartments (must meet the 'bonus' requirements, read above link to check).
Personal housing
Reimbursement for the full price of the estate, plus compensation of 3,000,000 gil for non-recoverable furnishings
* Please apply for a Home World transfer after removing your estate hall and furnishings, but DO NOT relinquish the land. If you have relinquished the deed to your plot, you will not be eligible to receive the bonuses outlined above.
Apartments
Reimbursement of the 500,000 gil price, and compensation of 500,000 gil for non-recoverable furnishings
* Please apply for a Home World transfer after removing your furnishings, but DO NOT vacate the apartment. If you have relinquished the rights to your property, you will not be eligible to receive the bonuses outlined above.

If it is ceiling furnishings, walls and floors or even exterior skins (full or individual fences among other pieces), you can always replace them with something you don't need (and for cheap) but you will have to carry them around with you or store them with a retainer. Everything else will go to the salvager for you to pick up.
Thanks for the reply! Turns out I am only going to lose the Aetheryte, and that is fine by me.
