Why do you play FFXIV?

I play because I have fun.
I have fun because I enjoy seeing the game's development, and while I do that I can have fun with the content that is gradually coming out.
I enjoy seeing the game's development because for me it is a fun experience.

I enjoy playing with people i have met so far. I could care less on how shitty a game is, it means nothing if people around you isnt fun. Sure i'd whine every now and then, but ill get over it fast and continue doing stuff with my LS mates, I'd move to hello kitty online if majority of my friends are migrating there.

For me:
1. First timer MMORPG.
2. Love the soundtrack. Could say this game has gone better from previous incarnation, tho all series soundtracks still great for me.
3. I love the feel on each world, kinda represents what it was.
4. Sake of completion. Had to try every FF series, tho I still haven't try 11 or 13.
5. And because I finally ready to challenge myself being in a larger community.
