Since houses in the game aren't on wheels, your house should be wherever you left it if you've played at any time in the last 10 months since the demo timer hasn't been active long enough for it to have demo'd yet.

If you didn't have one, why are you asking where it is?

On a more serious note, Ragnarok had new houses added in 4.2, 5.1 and 5.35 just like every other world. It's false to claim that no additional plots have been added in years.

We know Ishgard housing is coming sometime after the Restoration is completed on all worlds but we don't know how long the wait will be.

In the meantime, there should be a temporary influx of available houses next week when we hit the 45 day point since the demo timer was reactivated. You might want to keep an eye out to see if you can snag one.

Try Jan 22nd but be prepared to camp a timer. Should be a relatively large Demo Poof. Check at the top of each hour which is generally when houses go up in smoke.

Yet again apartments fall far short of the features available to ward housing. Once full gardens, workshops, submersibles, and airships are decoupled from ward housing then and only then can apartments be considered a viable alternative.

Thats why i started with the "What everyone else said." bit. Look for houses opening up in the next couple weeks, look for more info when they finally reveal what form ishgardian housing will take, and the notion that this guys server has had 0 available houses at all for the last however many years when wards have been repeatedly added is patently false. So moving past the part where housing has and will again be open, if decorating is what you want to do then an apartment is a viable option. A small space to work with along with a lower item count provides its own set of challenges, but many people have made truly impressive showings within said limitations. But the OP doesnt say what they want the house for, so we dont know if gardens are part of it and they never mention it being an FC house so the workshop/submarine/airship part isnt relevant(though i do agree these should be taken out of housing - the barracks at whichever GC your FC is registered with would work just fine and an addition like this just might cause dozens of single-person FCs per server to give up their lots).

I'm now in the camp of there being no more resources towards new wards, but expanding apartments. Let us upgrade to penthouses with a balcony for a garden and more floorspace.

I’ve already come to terms on not getting a house so saving for an apartment. Will get access to choco stables and some plat pots I think. Hope they do more with them in the future.
