I stayed on half health and healed myself for a majority of the boss fights (which also led me to die once due to having to get a vuln stack since she refused to move for something and I had to change directions.) She would let the tank ht maybe 10k health on pulls before she'd stop casting DPS spells. Sometimes, honestly, stop DPSing and heal more.
