NPC-Activated FATEs Don't Appear On Map Sometimes

Steps:
1. Teleport to Southern Thanalan.
2. Do fates endlessly for hours.
3. Keep an eye on the stated "area and coordinates".
4. Sometimes, the NPC-activated fates will not show on the big map, despite being right next to them and it being possible to activate them.
5. Other times, the NPC-activated fates will appear on the big map, even when on the other side of the map.

This is a big inconvenience when spawning the rank S elite mark Nunyunuwi in Southern Thanalan, which many people find joy in spawning.

You are struck with confusion when it doesn't spawn, or spawns late, because a fate expired without your knowledge and your hour of work is wasted.

This doesn't always happen (only southern one was affected in this picture, but had activated it)

This is not intended, because a previous patch made NPC-Activated fates appear on the map no matter where you are, and sometimes they still do, but only sometimes.
