    Ishgard Resto Phase 3 turn in issue

    I just got back into FF, trying to lvl my CRP. I got the phase 3 recipes made but wont let me turn. As far as I can tell its straight forward, anything I might be missing?

    Welcome back, always nice to see people playing again.

    As for your issue, did you hit the minimum required quality?
    At the turn-in window, it'll tell you what you're rewarded for how much quality. It's a sliding scale so it's more like estimate goalposts, but the smallest number you see is the bare minimum before they'll take it.
