Can't Locate Relic Turn In NPC

So I'm doing ARR Relic. I've done the 4 repeatable quests including the 3 in Mor Dhona and the 1 in Central Thanalan. So I have the 4 items that need to be turned in to change my Yoshimitsu Nexus to Sasuke's Blades. I've done the relic up to zeta many times before and just haven't been online in awhile. Jalzah and Gerolt don't have any options to turn in this items. I've already done the relic quests on other classes so I guess the quest is no longer available. So how am I supposed to turn these in to progress? The completed quest from the last time I did it says just talk to Gerolt and Jalzah, but they have no options to turn this in.
The name of the quests I've done is A Ponze of Flesh, Labor of Love, Method in His Malice, and A Treasured Mother. Which means I have the Perfect Alexandrite, Book of Skylight, Zodium, and Zodiac Scroll.

I tried looking around for answers for this but all I could find online were guides to doing the relics which was zero help.

Try having the Yoshimitsu Nexus equipt, see if they then have the quest marker.
If you already tried with it equipt, try un-equipt and in your inventory bag.
It was one or the other (equipt or in inventory), but I can't remember which that triggers the ability to turn-in/progress with the NPC for that specific step.

Unfortunately the dialogue options don't change with it equipped or unequipped. The only options for Gerolt are other class quests and Kettle to the Mettle. Jalzahn just offers Nexus Modification or Zeta Modification.

OK, did you go back to Cen-Than and talk with https://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Mutamix_Bubblypots?
He transforms the soul in your Yoshimitsu Nexus weapon into a special materia (oh no, he only has a tiny chance of doing it successfully and not poofing your relic!!!!.... <cough>), which then unlocks His Dark Materia quest on Gerolt, who then forges the Sasuke's Blades.

The only options that Mutamix have are Transmute Materia, Materia Transmutation, and Materia Removal. No quests available or dialogue pertaining to the relic.

hmm, this is strange
Jalzhan should be the one to have an option to upgrade nexus to zodiac if you've already completed a zeta before. 2nd to last dialogue option, something like "reconstruct zodiac weapon" (I'm using the German client)
