If you believe with certainty that your religion is true then there is no logical room for other religions to be anything but false.

And yes, even if the word "holy" is generic, "Holy Spirit" has a very specific Christian meaning - the third aspect of God or the Holy Trinity, alongside father-creator God and redeemer Jesus. It's the aspect that "goes into" and works through people.

That said - while I'm sure that's where they got the attack name from, I doubt they put much thought into it. It hardly fits the context and you can treat it as a generic spell name. And I don't believe Christianity has any more right to being protective of its terms and mythology than any other religion, because from an outside perspective it's just another religion and it might be one of the false ones. (And I say this as a Christian, though perhaps an unusually questioning one.)

The game is a grab-bag of mythological references and this is just one more. Not to mention the ongoing narrative thread that all the gods may be false, up to and including our apparent creator-goddess.
