I am going to guess you are rping outside your house and have the house unlocked. If you are outside there is nothing that can be done to stop a player from visiting your plot. As for indoors your best option is lock the house when you are not having non FC members over for events or rp.

We are an RP venue, a cafe/bar/lounge. This is what we do. We are RPing inside the house and with anyone who wants to come. We have asked his person several times to leave, of course they don't. Alright now your request makes sense I was lost on it. You want to blacklist people from being able to enter the house when its unlocked.
