Invisible Mobs

So i have been having a few problems while grinding. Where the game stops loading the mobs and users. ofc they are still there and their sound and skill effects are still partially there but. i cant see or target them so i have to log out/back in or run far enough away so it will reload that area where im grinding.

my guess is its my laptop, but just wondering if there is a general fix for this.

running with a Quad Core, AMD Radeon HD 6620G, and Windows 7.

(side note) i run on high settings just fine no frame lag, just this one bug that happens nearly every time i go out grinding usually 2-3 times per 5 to 10 lvls

I'm getting the same issue at the Adventurer's Guild in Gridania, and the tower by the room check in at Limsa. If I run to the wall npc, every other NPC loads. If I don't do that or exist the building completely and come back in, no NPCs show up indefinitely. Glitch is random, but happens at least 1x a night.

Yeah i just did a darkhold run and for like 5mins i could not see any of the mobs or most of my pt only the tank.
