Advice on changing platforms

Hi all, I currently have the Collectors Complete Edition on ps4, but want to move to pc. Do I need to purchase the Collectors Complete Edition again? Thanks in advance for your advice. =D

So this advice is assuming you want to keep the same account, same characters, and continue playing on the PC(or possibly go back and forth between the 2).

You do not need to purchase the collectors edition a second time, it wont grant you anything new. If you want full access to everything in game, you will need the complete edition again though. If, for instance, you only got the starter edition for PC then you could only access your characters on PC if they were logged out in ARR/HW areas, and could only participate in ARR/HW content. Then in the future, when they release the next expansion you would have to purchase it for each system you want to play it on(again though, if you get collectors edition that only needs to be done once to get whatever extra items there are).
