Downgrade +1 Item Suggestion

Some items I could care less being +1 and just take up inventory space... Could SE Impliment a system where you could downgrade an item quality so it can stack with NQs?

You know given the complaints about this or that lately I came in here expecting something else. I thought you were gonna ask the devs to downgrade +1 equipment back into NQ, to do away with it like some challenge. Wouldn't put it past the community to petition that. (10 gil says now that I mentioned it somebody will just to troll.)

Anyway, it's not an entirely bad idea in some ways, but I doubt this would see much use. +1 items are often needed to make an HQ version of any item.

The choice to "merge all" of HQ and NQ into a stack of NQ might work.

Perhaps a 'Trade with NPC' feature?

The merchants will already take your HQ and NQ for gil. Maybe they can just do an even trade as well?

Or you could just sell your HQ at the AH and then buy NQ for the same value? O_o seems to be the better option in my eyes.

This could be handy for some I guess, personally I would never convert a HQ to an NQ if I felt I was going to use it at some point.

I would like to see SE start to consolidate the database a bit though, starting with +2 and +3 being automatically converted to +1.

It's about time they started getting those dated items and recipes out of the game as well, prior to moving to 2.0
