    Unable to complete version update [30419] [19901][22]

    hey there, i recently upgraded my pc, and i always get this error message when attempting to download the game from launcher (using steam ver.)
    i tried fixing IE setting, Flushing DNS and reseting IP, rebooting modem, disabling anti-virus and firewall, changing compatibility to windows 7 and admin privileges, and so on.
    what else can i do to fix this problem?
