    Hello again!
I am indeed connected directly to the router, and lowering the resolution below 1080p does not fix the issue, though it seems to happen less frequently.
As for the driver issues, I am baffled that it showed a 2019 version as I had updated them last month to get better framerates in cyberpunk2077. I did however reinstall the same drivers(latest version) this time checking the factory reset option.
While the dxdiag now shows the driver date as 12/3/2020, the BEX64 errors are still present at the end of the document, and the stuttering issue still persists in FFXIV.

I kept fiddling around with in-game settings and found out that limiting the refresh rate to 72fps(half refresh rate) seems to stop the stuttering from happening at the cost of less smooth framerate overall. Better than the annoying stutter but still not quite optimal.
Another interesting fact I noticed during a praetorium run: The stuttering seems especially common and pronounced during cutscenes. During the whole run, the stutter would almost always be present during the cutscenes, and much more rare during gameplay sections.

Do you believe anything else could be done?

EDIT: I am baffled, this was not happening yesterday, but now the screen will flicker in a headache inducing way when I try limiting the fps. Nothing changed since last time other than having shut down my pc for the night. I will keep testing things on my side and keep you updated.

EDIT2: Yesterday, choosing to limit fps to 72 actually capped me at 72fps, but now it brings me down to 43 instead. I tested this in an area where I had 90fps when using the uncapped or 144fps settings. A strange development to say the least but it may very well be the cause of the flickering. For now I have to keep playing uncapped and deal with the stutter. Yet another EDIT: After restarting my pc a few times the in-game fps limiter worked properly again. However, after exiting the game and restarting it some time later, this problem started anew.
