get a friend to play ffxiv

is there any option where you can buy a code to let a friend start a new game on ffxiv. or a friend have to buy a new ff cd copy. or is there any where you can buy just the codes? cos i already installed the game in his pc... pls any assistence will be apresiate.

buddy pass is only in the CE version of FFXIV and it's a real account so people wont just give them alway. He can buy the game for around 20$ so it super cheap i would buy it now before 1.22 or 1.23 because the price may go up back to 39.99.

btw if any dev or gm read this pls make a link from loadstone to the shoping center cause this not apear on the official site the place where to buy game online iwas looking all day yesterday and all google links noone never show me the official site soo they has to work some more on google adds to make it easyer for new commers

That's because there IS no official online store for FFXIV.
You either buy the CD with a code inside or buy the code from a private seller and download the game from an unofficial source.

It's stupid, I know.

Uh, Square-Enix has an online store that sells game downloads, it was even posted by Volta.

Actually if you click the finalfantasyxiv.com button on the top right of your Lodestone screen, it takes you to the main XIV page>choose lang>choose store top right corner again and tada ... store to buy stuffs.
