Loggin in with some characters always crashes the game at the loading screen

I can play normally with any character, new and old, but once a character has goes to The Ruby Sea the game crashes, and I can never login with it again, it will crash 100% of the time during the login load screen. This has been tested on other computers as well, the behavior is exactly the same.

I have a total of 3 characters in the same situation, all stuck at The Ruby Sea.
