I had an issue in a dungeon and for the first time playing and it compelled me to go through the report process. This was the first time I ever had any type of issues with another player and had half expected it all the go behind the scenes and be on my way. Maybe 30 minutes after I get a response from GM Azilenmity. Honestly the way they talked and guided me through the whole ordeal soothed my spirit and immediately turned a sour experience into such a positive and moving moment. I will forever remember their final words to me, "never forget, a smile better suits a hero! =)", Thank you so much and this has really just reinforced why ff14 is such an amazing game.
